If you ever do a search for software online, I’m sure you often end up on Capterra.com. It’s the Yelp for computer BUSINESS software and apps, and it allows users to rate software.
Well, if you’re a coder of a business app, or on the marketing team for an app focused on helping businesses, did you know that it’s free to get a listing on there? All you need is the active URL for the app.
Yes, it’s really free. And after you submit, you should be redirected to a page that shows you how to set up your software landing page to get more signups and users. Good information!
The only bad news is that your app must be an app that a business can use. If after they review your submission they determine that your app is not a business app, you may be rejected. You can, however, make an appeal if you feel you were wrongly rejected.
